This Refund Policy governs ticket refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for events organised by Locker Room Events Managing Co. L.L.C, in compliance with UAE consumer protection law.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except in the circumstances set out below. We encourage you to review the event details carefully before purchasing.
If an event is cancelled, all ticketholders will receive a full refund within 14 business days. If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
